Shipping costs and delivery from our webshop

Orders in Switzerland
We deliver by parcel service or by truck, depending on weight and size of the order. In general, the goods you order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days from our confirmation e-mail.
All orders with a total value of CHF 200.00 or more and delivered by parcel service are free of shipping costs. For smaller orders shipping costs of CHF 12.00 will be charged. For orders of less than CHF 120.00 a surcharge of CHF 15.00 will be applied.
Large format orders* are delivered by truck and will be charged with CHF 65.00 for shipping costs.

United Kingdom and Non-EU countries
These countries are excluded from the online shop.

Delivery to private endusers in Germany and countries within the EU
We deliver by parcel service or by truck, depending on weight and size of the order. In general, the goods you order will be dispatched within 5-8 working days from our confirmation e-mail.
Orders by parcel service to the countries mentioned below are free of shipping costs if their value is EUR 300.00 or more. For smaller orders individual charges for parcel service Priority or Urgent apply.

For orders of less than EUR 150.00 a surcharge of EUR 15.00 will be applied.

Large format orders* are delivered by truck, and shipping costs will be charged according to volume/weight and destination. For more information please call 49 7531-911-3996.
